About Me

I studied industrial engineering and tried to focus on understanding the big picture ideas, general principles of business, and what I like to call "business engineering." I had some ideas about how businesses were poorly optimized and when I started learning about entrepreneurship in the last quarter of my junior year, my eyes were opened to how much businesses could be improved and how feasible it was to do. I worked on a startup social media platform that replaced the advertisement model with microtransactions that allow users to directly support creators by paying as little as a fraction of a cent to engage with posts by liking, commenting, or sharing. I didn't have the right team for the project so I've stopped working on that for now in order to write this book about business to attract an audience to my ideas, start building a brand, and lay some groundwork for my second book, Better Ways, (also the name of my social media startup's parent company that I started) where I explain my solutions to the problems identified in The Friedman Bubble. I was greatly influenced by two books: The Great Mental Models by the Farnam Street Blog and The Infinite Game by Simon Sinek. I was inspired to write thess books because I feel privileged to be able to comprehend these problems through the lenses that I have, and I feel morally obligated to educate others on that perspective.
